My story

We crossed the 49th parallel heading south and built a new life here. I've been building ever since.

I started my career as a physical therapist, helping people move better. That work led me into technical integrations and change management, and eventually into running product and integrations for a multi-location health and wellness group.

Along the way I started a consulting company while raising little kids, working side by side with friends in each other's living rooms. I learned that the grind isn't the point. The right systems give you your time back.

Now I'm sharing what I build: the systems, the tools, the products and the honest story behind them.
